EventFlow is developed and operated by Timo “sginne” Junolainen @ Norsula. By using EventFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The service
EventFlow uses automated and AI-based processing to turn submitted text, images, and voice-recognition transcripts into suggested calendar events.
EventFlow does not independently access, modify, or manage your calendar. You choose which suggested events to add through the Android Calendar interface.
Review before saving
AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. EventFlow may misinterpret dates, times, locations, recurrence, names, or other information.
You must review all event details before saving them to your calendar.
EventFlow is a convenience tool and must not be relied upon as the sole source of information for appointments, deadlines, travel, medical care, emergencies, legal obligations, financial matters, or other important events.
Accounts
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- protecting access to your account;
- notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access;
- using EventFlow lawfully.
We may restrict or suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, interference with the service, or violation of these terms.
You may request account deletion as described on the Delete your account page.
Credits
Event processing may require credits. Credits may be obtained through introductory or daily allowances, rewarded advertisements, promotional grants, or purchases.
Credits:
- have no monetary value;
- cannot be transferred between users;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may be subject to usage or daily limits.
Promotional and free-credit rules may change. Purchased credits will not be removed merely because the available packages or prices change.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s payment terms.
Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and Google Play’s refund procedures.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including statutory rights concerning defective digital content or services. EU consumer protections remain applicable where required by law.
Rewarded advertisements
Rewarded advertisements are optional. A reward is granted only after successful verification and may be subject to a daily limit.
An advertisement that fails to complete or cannot be verified may not produce a reward. Advertising availability is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use EventFlow for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
- submit content you are not authorised to process;
- attempt to bypass credit, purchase, advertising, authentication, or security systems;
- disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or misuse the service;
- use automated means to access the service without permission.
Third-party services
EventFlow depends on services provided by Google, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, AI model providers, Resend, and other suppliers.
Their availability, processing, and terms may affect EventFlow. Details about personal-data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
EventFlow is provided on an “as available” basis. The service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical failures, provider outages, or development.
Features, credit allowances, supported models, and service limits may change. Material changes affecting purchased functionality or consumer rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norsula is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by:
- inaccurate AI-generated results;
- failure to review an event before saving;
- missed appointments or deadlines;
- interruptions or failures of third-party services;
- unauthorised or improper use of EventFlow.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Age requirement
EventFlow is not intended for children under 13. If local law requires parental consent for use by a minor, that consent must be obtained.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve any dispute. Consumers in Finland may also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and refer eligible disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service, applicable law, or third-party providers change. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
